Zachary Lawrence JD, owner of Parkside Property Management, and Dennis Block, Esq. are set to broadcast a live, call-in radio program dealing with Landlord-Tenant issues.

"Our goal is for Landlords and Tenants to have a forum for asking questions and staying informed on recent changes in California Landlord-Tenant Laws. But most importantly, we plan on having fun. LTR will be somewhat of a hybrid between Nightline and The Tonight Show. That is, we'll get the information out, but won't take ourselves too seriously."

LTR is scheduled for every Thursday 870AM (KRLA) 9:30PM.
